As the seasons change and time flows, on February 2nd, CYG held its 2024 annual conference celebration with the theme "Riding the Waves, Exploring the Mountains and Seas; Following the Sun and Moon"at the Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Center. Over 2,000 employees gathered to witness this exciting moment together.

Present at the annual meeting were Wu Qiquan, Chairman and President of Changyuan Technology Group（CYG）; Peng Ding, Director of CYG ; Zhu Xiaojun, Special Assistant to the Chairman of CYG; Yang Borun, Vice President of CYG; Xu Chengbin, Vice President of CYG; Wang Wei, Vice President of CYG; Qiao Wenjian, Vice President of CYG; Yao Ze, Vice President of CYG; Gu Ning, Secretary of the Board of Directors; Meng Fanwei, General Manager of CYGIA Zhang Chenxing, General Manager of Optofidelity; Qiu Chuaixin, General Manager of CYG  Semi; Zheng Lixin, General Manager of CYG DM; Yang Zhijun, Chairman of CYG  Meditech; Tan Can, General Manager of CYG Meditech; Zhang Zhiguo, General Manager of CYG Precision Medical; Xiong Shenghui, General Manager of CYG Intelligent Manufacturing; and Wu Haoran, General Manager of CYG Equipment, along with leaders and guests from the group and various affiliated units.

The opening band ignited the atmosphere with their lively vocals and dynamic rhythms. Every word, every movement, and every glance was filled with passion and energy, resulting in continuous cheers from the audience.

Speech by Mr. Wu Qiquan, Chairman and President of CYG

During the annual conference, Mr. Wu delivered a speech recognizing the contributions of everyCYG employee. He stated that 2024 is a crucial "year of transformation and breakthroughs" and "a year for high-quality efficiency improvement" for the group, emphasizing the following points:

First, we must focus on scientific research and innovation, as well as high-quality service;

Second, we need to build a domestic and international dual-circulation industrial synergy system;

Third, we must maintain a strategic determination to proceed steadily;

Fourth, we should be vigilant and ready for a "prolonged defense," with everyone ensuring that "costs are on our minds, and efficiency is in our hands."

We must uphold a daring and enterprising spirit to drive CYG towards new breakthroughs in 2024!

The CYG 's 2024 Annual Theme Conference consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, "Retrace," we witnessed an audio-visual feast rich in historical depth and cultural heritage.

The vibrant and lively dance performance "CYG Girl 101," the melodious solo "In This World," and the moving song and dance performance "Voices Slow" showcased the pioneering spirit and innovative ideas of the CYG. We must always remember our journey, stay true to our original intentions, and keep pace with market changes as we embrace the new era.

During the "Outstanding Individual" award ceremony, the winners took the stage together, and the audience below applauded enthusiastically for each recipient, expressing their high recognition and praise. With a work attitude characterized by high standards, strict requirements, and integrity between words and actions, they exemplify the model of outstanding employees at CYG.

At such a solemn and momentous occasion, we come together to witness the birth of honor. The employees who have stayed with CYG  for ten or twenty years, along with the outstanding collective, are not only a source of pride for the group but also serve as lighthouses guiding CYG people towards progress and development. Overcoming obstacles and navigating challenges, CYGIA has achieved remarkable performance, earning the 2023 Best Performance Award and the 2023 Lean Advanced Collective Award from CYG.
